High Intensity Interval Training with various types of exercises and drills increasing your heart rate but alternating between legs, upper body and core for a more well rounded workout.
On select Tuesdays @ 6PM.

Build grip strength and learn techniques to overcome obstacles in a race setting. Held in outdoor playground. (all levels)

Simulation of OCR with runs, carries, and grip challenges as on race day. Held in outdoor playground.(Intermediate-Advanced / Must get coach approval)
